BOARD CERTIFIED PEDIATRIC DENTIST

Dr. Judyth Lee is a board-certified pediatric dentist who is passionate about creating positive dental experiences that help children build healthy, confident smiles for life. With over 10 years of experience, she is a dedicated clinician committed to providing compassionate, individualized care while helping every child feel safe, comfortable, and excited about visiting the dentist.

Dr. Lee earned her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia, where she also completed a minor in Cello Performance. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During dental school, she was awarded the Alshuler GOLD Scholarship, served as a Tufts Research Fellow, and was inducted into the Robert R. Andrews Honor Society in recognition of her academic achievement and leadership. She completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry through NYU Lutheran, where she gained extensive experience caring for children in a variety of clinical settings, including a rotation at the Alaska Native Medical Center. Dr. Lee became a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of pediatric dental care.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lee has practiced in both private practice and community health settings, caring for children with a wide range of dental needs. She has served families in California, New York, and New Jersey and has extensive experience treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. With her gentle touch and calm, reassuring presence, she strives to make every visit a positive one. Her approach emphasizes prevention, education, minimally invasive dentistry, and airway-focused care because she believes that small, thoughtful steps can make a lasting difference in a child's lifelong relationship with oral health.

For the past seven years, Dr. Lee has had the privilege of caring for families throughout the San Mateo community. One of the most rewarding parts of her career has been watching the children she first met as babies grow into confident, thriving kids. Being able to celebrate their milestones, guide them through new stages of development, and become a familiar, trusted face for their families is what she loves most about pediatric dentistry. Today, she is proud to continue serving families throughout the Bay Area alongside Dr. Esther Yun. Together, they share a vision of providing pediatric dental care in a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, parents feel supported, and every family is treated with kindness and respect.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time exploring the Bay Area with her wonderful husband, their energetic son, and their scruffy dog, Wesley. She’s always down to try new self-care and wellness rituals, mapping out her next travel destination, and unwinding with throwing pottery whenever she gets the chance. Fluent in both English and Korean, she looks forward to building lasting relationships with families and helping children develop healthy smiles that last a lifetime.
